A spectacular mountain house in Åre is currently attracting a lot of attention. Perhaps it’s not surprising, since the house has a price tag of SEK 30 million and the seller is Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

The mountain house, located at the top of Copperhill and designed by Pål Ross, is 304 square metres on three levels. In the advertisement on Hemnet, the house is described as a house with unique solutions; ”Semi-circles and triangles provide exciting angles and are a consistent theme. This is mixed up with steep pitched ceilings at different levels and steeply pitched windows of varying size and design.”
One area of the house that really stands out is the family room and kitchen on the ground floor. From there, the view covers the entire Åredalen valley. In total, the house has 5 rooms, a living area of 250 square meters and a secondary area of 54 square meters.
Cecilia Edfeldt Jigsted, real estate agent at Bjurfors in Åre, is brokering the sale of the property owned by the, to say the least, well-known footballer Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
